Introduction:

It has become apparent that the Monkey Judges, and the two SQLD Analysts and their Monkey's Uncles, are waiting for me to write something about the so-called 'Oral Arguments'. I can tell, because all of the perverts are talking about it. The Monkey Judges are waiting for me to write something about their treachery, so they can tailor their 'decision' and their explanation to what I wrote.

You see it does not work -- the deception does not work -- to have Monkey Judges who make functionary decisions about all kinds of weird and stupid and idiotic things that should never have been brought before them to begin with -- and then about the most important issues are completely puppetized and completely controlled by remote Masters, remote planners, remote schemers. Controlling creatures who had them listed as part of the overall plan for this particular assault against Humanity, years ago. The deception and appearance is a failure.

What I am saying is, they are not legitimate. How can they be legitimate? Let us say, in every twenty cases there is one case that is really important to our enemies; and will help our enemies to destroy us in some way. So, that is one out of twenty cases that is aimed at us -- to kill us. In this work, I am only discussing the case about Proposition 8. The other case is about an attempt to kill DOMA, the law that protects Human Marriage. However, it is not the cases themselves that are being examined here. In the case of Proposition 8, the People of California have voted for Proposition 8; and it should stand forever.

In the case of DOMA, DOMA should stay intact; and who cares how many lesbians want 'anything' that lesbians want. So what?

Blatantly, the Monkeys quickly try to divert the proceedings away from the true meaning of Proposition 8 -- by forcing Mr. Cooper to talk about whether a State has the right to sit at their poker table, or not. So, taking this song (whatever its original meanings were) and twisting it, and trying to use it as some kind of Song Anthem for hating me (and hating Human Resistance), and for not doing what should be done to make the world so much better ...

The song says -- "I'll be Damned if he'll run mine!" No Queer can be Damned twice. Once you are Damned, you cannot be Damned again. If you are already Damned, then you are already Damned totally. You are going to Hell. It is done for you. It is over. So, the song (as queered by the SQLD FM monkeys) never had any effect upon me. It never had any meaning, because it is a Double Negative. It is therefore, ridiculous.

But now, they are using it on HObama. And, it still does not have any meaning; but for a different reason. The creatures playing the songs -- are Damned.

Of course HObama, knows that they are Damned. So, HObama does not care. I'll bet you anything that one of the reasons why those FM Filthy Monkeys are playing that song as propaganda against HObama now, is not so much because HObama lost its attempt to kill Illinois with Queer and Phony Marriage-Hatred. But rather, because of that HObamacare stuff. The medical insurance stuff. I'll bet that they are pissed off about some of that too. There is absolutely no honor amongst thieves or Queers, anyway. It is not just because the African American Clergy Coalition beat HObama; and now there is no Queer and Phony Marriage-Hatred in Illinois. It is not just that. There has to be other reasons.

It is obvious to anyone who is Human, and has a functioning Human brain, that if you are being attacked by a disease like the Queers and the DemoCraps and the ModoRats; anything that disables the disease, helps you -- no matter where you are. When Human Beings defeat the Queers anywhere, it helps Human Beings everywhere. Including those children that are trapped in those false and perverted and pretend families. Trapped by Queer Laws and Queer Regulations and Queer Rules, designed to do just that. Just that dirty charade, wherein a stupid Monkey at a court in Wash This Death City can proclaim that there are 40,000 children in California (being 'raised' by Queers) that want their Queers to be married. All of it is for that one moment, and that one lie, out of the mouth of that one Monkey Liar, in that court in Wash This Death City.

It is leverage, in their macabre arena of the Damned Legislation. The arena where previous Human Legislation is killed, maimed, and mutilated; and new Damned Legislation is created. Like those Monkey Judges in Iowa, tried to make it a Queer Law (in Iowa) that Queers can be 'married' here in Iowa. It's all part of the same hideous Arena of Damned Legislation, and a Circus of the Macabre Whores; where the genocidal tendencies of the Queer Mental Disease runs amok. It is where all of these whores and mutilators operate to generate mental weaponry in the form of Queer Laws, Queer Rules, and Queer Legislation, against us.

You have just helped them. It is not just you.

But I guarantee you, that you have just done something great for the Human Species. You are one less Human Being that has died. just the fact that you have escaped, and you are alive and Human is good for the Human Species. It is good for every one of us. It is a Plus Plus Plus for everyone else in your Species. You escaped it all, and you are still alive!

You may be in rags -- but, I am proud of you!

You may not be able to drive a car, because you do not have a car; but, I am proud of you. You may think that you are almost dead, and you are not sure if you want to live for another day; but, I am telling you -- live on! Strive on. Stay alive.

Live on, and you will automatically get better. Every day will get better and better and better. There will be ups and downs, of course. There are ups and downs in everything. The trick, is to average it out. The trick is to make the 'average' follow a steady incline into something better, taking you upwards with it. A steady increase up to a better life. If you stay alive, even though you start (or restart) at a point of escape, with nothing left to you except your body and your brain and a few rags on your body; you have won. Because, you are still Human and you are still alive. And, I am telling you that tomorrow will be better. The day after that will be better. The day after that, will be better. It will keep on getting better -- because you are 'Human'!

You can think! You are part of the Real World. You are part of the Real Nature. You are part of the Real Humanity. You will make it better. You will find ways. You will find the way. Do not let them kill you. Just being alive, you defeat them!

The Perspective of it all:

When I drive out in the countryside here in the Real Iowa, and it is often a really beautiful day (as it usually is here), it is quite good for photography. Many times I am out there, and I see how wonderful it is, and I want to rush back to the house to get my cameras. Then, to return to the countryside and spend four, or five, or six hours taking photographs; but I cannot do that, because I have to do something for you. I have to go to get something at a store, to help me write the Truth for you; or I have to do other things related to helping you; or I have to get some 'support chores' done -- such as I need to shop and get things for the house, and to keep me going so I can write the Truth ...

I cannot go out there, and do what I want to do. I cannot go out there, because I have to do something else instead to help me (or to support me), write for you. To help me write the Truth for you. When I do get the chance to drive across the countrysides here, I think to myself that this place is so beautiful that millions of people in this country would kill just to live out here.

This relates to what I am talking about, as far as those horrible Monkey Judges in Wash This Death City are concerned. The overall environment in which that filth is being perpetrated against us, is an environment in which millions of them would kill (would commit murder) to be able to live out here. Millions of them would do anything to be able to live out here; in a place this beautiful, and this gorgeous. It is actually gorgeous.

Not too surprisingly, this is another reason why we are completely justified in saying that the Human Country is not their filth; and a DemoState is not a Real State. We know, that there are many creatures inside those DemoStates, and those Sewers of the East and the West, that would kill one another to trade places with us. Those DemoStates, and those Sewers of the East and the West, are so terrible that millions of the creatures in those places would commit murder to be able to live out here.

That, is how terrible those places are. That, is how awful Wash This Death City, and any place that harbors and aids and abets a Monkey Court, is. They are that horrible, that jealous, and that homicidal.

So, why would we be bound and ruled and regulated by anything that comes out of those cesspools? Why would any anti-Human and genocidal decision against us be binding upon us? When, we know for a fact that it is made by creatures in despotic and demonic torture chambers? The DemoStates. The Wash This Death City. The Hideous Boston Horrid Zone. The Sewers of the East and the West. In which there are creatures that realize how awful it is to be in those places, and would commit murder just to be out of there and over to here; and trade places with us.

Why should those of us (out here in the Real World, in the Real Nature, and in the Real Life), be restricted, inhibited, confined, convicted, suppressed, reduced, turned insane, driven insane, enslaved, and replaced by scum like them -- in those dreadful and rotten places? When we know for a fact that they would murder each other just to be out here with us! We know for a fact that they would murder us! Just to take our places.

Just to get away from the demonic and sick and satanic queer sewage that every Monkey Judge loves. That every Monkey Judge comes from.

So, why would we allow ourselves to be ruled by vile and genocidal and anti-Human decisions from Monkey Judges; in Monkey Sewers populated by creatures that would commit Monkey Murders upon each other and upon us; just to be out of that filth and to live out here, in the Real World?

Answer: No, we should not. No, not under any circumstances should we accept anything that they say. Anything that they say against us should be completely and immediately rejected, denounced, declared false and genocidal, and thrown away; thrown back into their faces. Trashed. Kicked back into their teeth.

In fact, I do not wait for it. I do it ahead of time. I get ahead of them. I reject anything that those Monkey Judges say against us, far before they do it. And, I am out here in the Real World; and they are not.

How many of those Monkey Judges, in the final reckoning, would kill me to take my place? When all of the Monkey Support Systems fail. And, all of the Monkey Favors fail them. And, all of the Monkey Privileges fail them. And, all of the Monkey Egomania fails them. And, all of the Monkey Greatness in Monkey Land (of being a Monkey Judge) falls apart; and does not mean buttkiss anymore. Not even inside that dumpster called Wash This Death City. How many of those Monkeys would kill me, to take my place?

As I drive across the countrysides of the Real Iowa, like I did recently to get supplies, I see many splendid natural sights. Such as the really spectacular thunderstorm that happened over Belmond; and I wish I could take time off to film such an event, however I cannot. Instead, I have to keep on writing for all of you, so I have to keep on getting things done, so I can write for you.

While I was driving, I was thinking, as I was going through all of that 'paradise' (and I mean it is 'paradise' out there) -- as I was going through all of that, I was thinking to myself -- "I have been in so many places out in Nature where it is magnificent. I have been in the Mojave Desert, I have been in the High Sierras, I have been in the Owens and Death Valleys, I have been in Colorado all over the mountains, I have been all over New England and the Northern Appalachian Mountains, I lived in the Adirondack Mountains of Upper State New York for ten years, I lived along the shoreline and I have seen a lot of the North Atlantic coastline (just to name a few places); and now I can sit out in the Real Iowa in my car, at an intersection of two country dirt roads (for hours undisturbed if I want to), way out in the fields and just soak up the splendor of it all. And, it is just as beautiful." If you could see what is out there, you would be impressed. I mean you would be impressed, no matter who you are. Even People from Iowa would be impressed with what it looks like out there.

In the context of what is going on in Wash This Death City, and about all of the horrid plans that are being made against us in that place, the beauty of this land reminds me very vividly that to the creatures in Wash This Death City ...

to the Monkey Judges, to the City Slime who (like I said) would kill each other just to be out there in the Real Iowa ...

and even to the Monkey Judges that would want to take my place, if all of their games and all of their schemes and all of their social support filth failed them ...

to them, where they are now (inside the sick and twisted minds that they have now) how beautiful all of Iowa is does not matter.

It does not matter to them, as they are now.

If all of their filth, and all of the games, and all of their schemes in that sick-sick-sick society of theirs failed; then it would matter to them. Then, they would want to trade places with me; and then they would want all of Iowa to be as beautiful as it really is. They cannot imagine making it more beautiful. I can, but they cannot. How beautiful it is, is already far and far and way beyond any kind of beauty that they can imagine.

They would stand out here, and they would be in shock at how gorgeous this state is, how beautiful this state is. IF, their brains can know any beauty, that does not look like an asshole in their faces.

If all of their Monkey Crap in their Monkey Societies failed them, they would want to take my place, and be out here in all of this. However, as long as all of their nastiness and their sickness -- in what I have always called the 'Insectoid Network' -- is still operating ...

and they are in that filth with their minds trashed and diseased by all of it ...

as they are now when they are making false decisions against us at a Monkey Court in Wash This Death City ...

now, the way they are now, they could not care less what this all looks like. Or, care about me, or care about anyone who lives out here. All that they care about it is the function of it all.

Iowa is a place where they can do things to support their Monkey Games, and their filthy society. All that they care about, is that it grows food for them to eat; and they can put up their ButtUgly Windmills here to generate electricity for their ButtUgly Cities.

As they are now, in their Insectoid Network with their Insectoid Brains, how Iowa looks is meaningless. I am meaningless. The People who work the land are meaningless. The People who live here are meaningless. If they could replace us all with robots -- they would.

If they could grow all of these crops by automation, they would. They would automate all of these farms, consolidate them and make them into Big Conglomerations, and automate all of this state completely!

No Harvester Drivers -- Just The Harvesters.

No Farmers To Plant The Seeds -- Just Machines.

The farmers are buying into this; the farmers are cutting their own throats! They are killing off their own future generations, by going along with all of the modernization and mechanization ideas that are being pushed upon them. Now, you see advertisements by the 4H Club for scientists, to turn the kids into scientists -- that love machines. We are going to have drones in the skies, drones in the skies to help us modernize and mechanize all of the farming. To increase the productivity. To make it easier, and easier, and easier -- and the farmers become weaker, and the farmers become weaker, and the farmers become weaker -- and the children become mush, and queered punks from public schools, run by the NEA. Until, nobody can be a farmer anymore.

But, it will not matter. There will not be anybody who can actually do farming anymore, but it will not matter; because 'The Machines Are Here!'.

The Machines have arrived, preceded by drooling machine sales androids, eager for profits. The Machines can do it. And, that is all that matters to the Insectoid Network. The way they are now with their sick minds, and their sick societies, they could not care less how beautiful it is -- or who has to do all of this farming to make it happen. They could not care less about us. The Humans.

All that they care about, is the food products that are grown here, and the 'Windmills From Hell' that they can put up here, so they can generate electricity for their God-Damned Cities.

At the same time, they try to replace all of us, and I mean they want to replace all of us, with Queers and Machines. Because, they are jealous. And, they are fearful of us. They are jealous of us. They are fearful of us. They know how twisted they are. They know how bad they are. SodoMayor knows how horrific it is. They know how sick they are.

They know, that they are 'alien'. They are Hostile Aliens. They are a Hostile Alien sewage, feeding off of us, bleeding us, sucking us dry of all of our life; while they are degrading us, spitting on us, laughing at us, as we die.

But, if their Insectoid Network falls apart -- and their Monkey World falls to pieces -- they will instantly (with enormous greed and slavering and foaming mouths) demand that they trade places with us. Then when they get here, and they are standing on the shoulders of QUEERSWATS, who are standing on our freshly killed bodies ...

they will say -- "Oh Good! It is still beautiful!"

There are places in the counties of Northern Iowa, a lot of places, where you can 'see forever'. You can see as far as the curvature of the Earth allows you to see. No walls. No fences blocking your view. No buildings in your way. No inhibiting structures to keep you from being as free as a Human Being can be.

Since the Rolling Hills run through those counties, from the Crystal Rim southeastwards, there are a lot of elevation changes here. It is not as flat as it appears to be from satellite photographs. There are dips and valleys and gulleys and hills, rolling hills. The totality of it is, this place is actually as beautiful as Ireland and/or the Tuscany region of Italy -- though all three are quite different.

That is without question. I have a lot of photographs of all of it, I could show you photographs of this region; but then we would be focusing on one area and I am trying to photograph the entire state. So, I go all over the state instead.

I can sit in the 'Cashmere', my Impala, on top of one of the elevations here (one of the ridges); and I can look to the west and I can see as far as my eyes could possibly see. That is a long ways. That is a lot of miles far off to the west; across all of that landscape, such as islands, forests, fields, river valleys and greenbelts. I can see across all of it.

If I look eastwards, it is even more beautiful. There is a higher concentration of river valleys to the east, thus there is more vegetation and more elevations. I can sit in places that are high up in Wright county, for instance, and I can literally see as far as the Human eye can see. I have that Great Freedom. I have that Great Freedom of Mind and Goodness, that being out here gives to a Human.

But, the things in the cities that are trying to kill us? They can barely see a hundred feet in most circumstances. They live in confinement. They live in prisons of wall and buildings. If there is a river going through their ugly city, they can see across the river, maybe. What is that, half a mile? What do they see on the other side of the river? More confinement. More containers that they have to exist in. More inhibition, more inhibiting factors. More dulling and dulling of the senses, more stripping down of their decency. More dullard environments, more places where they have to live like dunces. Dupes. Dopes. Idiots. More places where they have to live within walled confinements. Restrictions. Prohibitions. Cells. Blocks. All of which is a Lack of Freedom, a Lack of Understanding, a Lack of Sight, a Lack of Vision, a Lack of Expression.

All that they are allowed to see, are the planned expressions of whoever is propagandizing that city at that time. That, is their idea of expression. Whatever they are forced to see, by the propagandists that control the city. That, is the only expression that they are allowed to see. That, is the only expression that they are allowed to express themselves!

If it doesn't go along with what the programmers of that city want, then it is not allowed. And, they cannot see their way out of it. Why? Because, they cannot see what they are in. All that they can see, is what they are in.

They do not see what they are in. They see 'what' in the way of walls, floors, ceilings, the sides of buildings, the containing and confining and blocking structures. But, they do not see the overall reality of it. They do not see the 'overall what', of what it is. They do not see that 'what it is' -- is prisons. Concentration camps instead of cities.

In that pig-slop, in that agony and dilemma, the Queers and the DemoCraps and the Liberals thrive; with their sick-sick-sick twisted lies, and their twisted agendas. They foam, and they format, and they formulate dirty and grandiose lies against us. Creating oppressive Regimes of Hate against us; and setting up awful Monkey Judge courts to try to 'legalistically' (by virtue of the twisted and queered laws that prevail in such places), kill all of us off. To make us extinct, by stripping us of our Humanity, and our Human Values, and our Human Decencies. By attacking everything that we hold Dear and Human. Imitating it, and then saying that they have it too, and we do not. Now, that they have it too, it's no longer ours. Now, that they have it too, it's no longer Human; it is theirs now. And, Steps B, C, and D are to take it away from us, once Step A says -- "We have it too."

In those contorted pressure-cooker cities with damned ingredients, inside those terrible places, the ugly and legislative contrivances are being planned, formulated, and put out as Queer Laws and Queer regulations and Queer Rules; to kill everything natural on the planet. To make, and to force, everyone to obey their sick lies; and what they (in their twisted and diseased brains) want.

What they want, is completely restricted to the dementia of their own prisons. Prisons of their own making. Prisons that they made for us. But, they have to obey the same filth themselves. You see, they have to obey the same filth themselves, because they in the same filth themselves (and I especially mean the Monkey Judges). In the process of making prisons for us, they turned those cities into cesspools to suit themselves. In the doing however, they are just expressing the fact that without those sewers, which they have made for themselves, they cannot exist.

They could not exist out here. Hell No. You see, they need minions. They need slaves to run this land out here, for them; to support them. They do not want all of us knowing, that their sickness and their twisted cities are no longer for us.

They do not want us to know (and therefore to keep thinking and realizing), that we are feeding the enemy. We are supporting our own Death. Every time we grow a field of corn, some of it goes to those evil bastards that want us all dead. They do not want that supply to stop. They want us to continue to be Idiots out here. To grow food for them, and to vote for their sickness and their twisted representatives (who only represent themselves). To vote for all of their DemoCrap Representatives out here (which are the sleaziest and slimiest pigs that you have ever seen anywhere on any planet). To keep going along with their deceptions. To keep going along with their dirty lies; to keep going along with their playtimes. To keep going along with all of their plans, and all of their genocides -- piece by piece. As, at the same time, they collaborate ways to get rid of us; and to replace us, and to make imitation version of us.

Well, there is a formula that works for this. As I have said before, Mathematics is not a sick religion, like Science is. Mathematical Formulas, are our own interpretations and explanations for what has already been designed, long before this planet existed.

The height I was sitting on, when I thought about this part of this work, was about 1200 feet above sea level. Now, I happen to know that Webster City (26 miles due south) has an elevation of 1040 feet. So, let us say that I was 160 feet higher than Webster City -- which is the case anyway.

Wikipedia says -- Ignoring the effect of atmospheric refraction, distance to the horizon from an observer close to the Earth's surface is about -- 'd' is equal to = 1.22 multiplied by the square root of 'h'.

Where d is in miles, and h is height above ground level in feet.

According to the formula, the distance that I can see from that height (my Horizon 'd') is equal to 1.22 multiplied by the square root of 160. The square root of 160 is 12.649. So, relative to Webster City, I could see for a radius of 15.431 miles.

Which means, that I could not see Webster City from there. Which is okay, there is a massive forest south of that point and I cannot see the southern horizon anyway.

I have computer programs which show me how far my Horizon is from any point on Earth, and at 15 miles it does not match what I saw there. I saw beyond Eagle Grove (17 miles away) so I would say that I had an Horizon ('d') of at least eighteen miles. That means that my height (the height of my eyes) was over 200 feet higher, relative to Eagle Grove.

Really, I could see beyond Eagle Grove from there; so with a Horizon ('d') of 18 miles, I will figure out what the actual square mileage of an area with a 36 mile diameter is -- and it is according to Encarta --

The area of a circle is equal to the product of the circumference and the diameter divided by 4, or A = Cd/4. The ratio of the circumference to the diameter is approximately 3.14159265. This constant number, called pi (p), has an infinite number of nonrepeating digits. The area of a circle may also be written A = pr2, where r is the radius. Similarly, the circumference is equal to the product of the diameter and the constant pi: C = pd.

the formula is obviously -- Area is equal to = 3.14159265 multiplied by the radius squared. 18 times 18 equals 324. So ... 3.14159265 multiplied by 324 equals 1017.876 square miles.

That gives us a square mileage (of my vision from that height) of 1017.876 square miles. Mind you, this is open country that I am looking at, without obstacles. When we compare that to the square mileage of some cities ...

Houston -- 599 square miles.

Los Angeles -- 503 square miles.

Seattle -- 142 square miles.

Nude Yack -- 468 square miles.

Miami -- 55 square miles.

Wash This Death City -- 68 square miles.

Mexico City -- 573 square miles.

Wright County, Iowa -- 582 square miles.

Cowardly. Programmed. Fooled. Buffaloed. Made into Idiots. In order to keep this place operating, and thus to keep themselves alive. Because, there is no place to put all of Iowa, in New England. They have to rule us out here; with their Bullshit Lies. Using their Monkey Judges to make false decisions. False decisions on paper that mean nothing to us. False decisions from a society of 'rejects', that mean nothing to us anymore! But, they have to keep us stupid and thinking that it does mean something to us. They have to 'keep' us -- as Idiots.

Idiots that believe and think that -- "Oh! Wash This Death City is the capital of our country. New England and Wash This Death City are part of America! The Hideous Boston Horrid Zone is actually an American city." Which it has not been, for a looong time.

They have got to keep all of those falsehoods in action. They have to keep all of those lies going, and supported. All of this pretense and all of this fakery, they have got to keep it going; while demanding that everything that is dominated an queered by their sick filth is part of America.

Out here, we are not supposed to be smart enough to know any better. We are not supposed to know that it is all a lie, and all of those places have been killed off! That all of those places are sickened and sewered by their dementia; and their programming. We are not supposed to be smart enough to know that. All that we are here for (according to them) is to grow the crops, so they can eat them. All that we are here for, is to stupidly jump (with greedy faces) at any chance to make more money. The Perspective:

You know, in Iowa there are Hog and Chicken Containment buildings. Very large buildings, all one story high, that hold a lot of swine or a lot of foul. Such buildings exist all over the Midwest, and they are very distinctive from any other kind of building. Iowa has more of them than the rest of the states of the Midwest. Millions of Hogs and Chickens live in those containment buildings. The People of the Midwest know what I am talking about.

It is very simple for the people of Iowa to realize that the cities of the 'Northeast', and the cities of the Sewers of the East and of the West, are nothing but containment buildings.

Those cities are nothing more than containment areas, confinement structures in which Humanoids are stored, and fed, and forced to work. I ask any Real Iowan, or any Real Human from Nebraska, or Missouri, or Minnesota, or Kansas, or Wisconsin, or the Dakotas -- I ask any Real Human from Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana -- any state that has experience with containment buildings ...

I ask any Real Human, would you accept the rule and domination of your life?

Would you, the Human Species of this Earth, give up your sovereignty and your independence and your Species to the wants and the desires and the Hog Rules and the Hog Regulations and the Hog Laws of a bunch of greedy Hogs, in Hog confinement buildings? Would you Humans live by the Laws of the Hogs?

Would you give your children to the Hogs? To the children confinement buildings run by the Hogs?

Would you give your Species over to a Hog Species? Hogs, that decided to take over the world from inside their Hog confinement buildings. To rule and to regulate everything that is outside of the Hog confinement buildings; which of course is you and your land and your children. To create confinement buildings for your children, in which Hogs would teach your children what is, and what is not, acceptable to the Grand Masters of the Hog Worlds; inside those Hog confinement buildings?

Would you allow the Masters in those Hog confinement buildings to send Hogs outside of those buildings into your land, and into your communities to rule over you, and to police you, and to punish you if you do not follow the Hog Rules, and the Hog Laws, and the Hog Regulations?

Would you allow that? You Humans who are reading this, would you allow that to happen to you?

Would you accept and obey the decisions of Hog Judges?
