Inside of that convoy of Killer Perverts which I saw going south on I35 (south of Des Aliens) going to Texas1984 and Oklahoma and Louisiana, were also vehicles with Louisiana plates -- and -- the vans (3) wore New York plates.
This brings up the possibility (very possible) that it was a convoy of 'Virus Spreaders'. A pack of Killer Deviates that are assigned to keep the Deviate Virus operating; in the places and populations where the Deviates want it most.
It's all on their heads -- and their heads are sick!

Within the same hour -- I saw three trucks of the Q&AFF driving north on I35 towing 155mm howitzers to the Golden Pimple in Des Aliens and/or to their fort in Des Aliens.
Here are some pictures of what those 155mm howitzers look like.
Mind you -- nowhere were there any State Police on I35. They had obviously been called off I35 so those criminals could travel uninterrupted. Now you know how easy it is to spread the Deviate Bug. Politics allows anything that will perpetuate the Politics Game.
Folks -- all of those license plates (the worst ones) in one convoy does not happen by accident or circumstance. That was a Convoy of Death. And, the pustules in the Golden Pimple are responsible for it.
