Well, they call me 'Don't Go Faster Peters' and I try to live up to that as often as possible.
Especially, with a topic like Mobility -- which is what Utility Vehicles are all about. The thing is, Mobility is NOT just Physical; in fact it is as much Mental and Spiritual as it is Physical.
To give you an example -- Mobility and Utility Vehicles are NOT in the same category as Spectator Sports such as Drag Racing and Monster Trucks and Tractor Pulls and Daredevil Motorcycles etc. In fact, Utility Vehicles and Mobility are very different from those events -- and totally non-commercial.
Because of this, there are probably a few people who are expecting some kind of ludicrous Spectacle to be associated with Utility Vehicle Appreciation month -- and -- it is NOT going to happen. It does not happen in real life. Mobility is not spectacular or sensational or commercial. Instead, Mobility is essential and required and fundamental and the difference between Life and Death in many cases -- especially in a Society of Games and Liars that tries to de-mobilize and enslave as many people as possible -- making them addicts for life to whatever the Slavers are selling.
So, do NOT expect some fireworks to be associated with Utility Vehicle Appreciation Month. That would be obscene. That would cheapen Utility Vehicle Appreciation Month with crass and blatant and cheap theatrics for the sake of commercial profits. It would be absurd and vile. Sick.

I know in my soul that a lot of people have been thinking that my photographs are not important or worth their attention. That is because they are addicted to the visual sensationalism that goes with the enslavement to which they are bound, usually for life. Those people do not live real lives. They are addicted to false stimuli such as video games and the putrid videos on TV etc. Then, when they see my photographs they immediately disregard them and slough them off as worthless and not possibly important to them. What they are not important to is the sickness of mind that they have been addicted to by the Slavers that control their lives. My pictures show the real world -- the Real Iowa in the Real World -- and as such they are about everything that their addictions are not about.
That is one of the reasons why I take the pictures. Another important reason is to be of help to people who are NOT addicts of the Society of Games and Liars, but they are prisoners of circumstances. I try to show them (through pictures) that the Real World does still exist and is still alive -- if under threat from hideous enemies like the ButtUgly Windmill Imperials constantly. (BUWIs)

As your mobility increases so increases your environment, and so increases your experiences with your expanded environment, and so increases your understandings of your expanded environment, and so increases your depth of knowledge about the world around you, and so increases (or begins) your ability to understand what is really important and valuable in the Real World. As opposed to the trash and pap and slime and chicken feed that you have been trained to think was important in the past; by assholes of many descriptions that wanted to bleed your life to death of everything you have and earn; for their benefits and their aggrandizements. And to Hell with what it did to you. You, were expendable beyond the point at which you could not be profitably bled to death any longer. Once your blood and sweat and tears no longer could be used by them for enough profits (for them) you became expendable; or you will become expendable if you have not reached that point of exhaustion yet. Exhaustion from slavery to the shit world of Games and Liars.
As your knowledge of the Real World grows, so grows your in-depth awareness that everything is not merely mechanical and robotic and artificial -- as it is in the Society of Games and Liars. Get far enough along the pathway to real perspicacity and you will start to see that these pictures have Mental and Spiritual elements to them that make them unsuitable and unwanted to mechanized brains captured by the Slavers.

I have been taking pictures since the beginning of the year, without any real goal in mind except to chronicle life here in the Real Iowa. Then, I decided to include a 'Here' episode as part of Utility Vehicle Appreciation Month. When I looked over the pictures that I had taken it became obvious that they spanned the Winter and the Spring, here. You will start by seeing views of Iowa in the Wintertime, which was light this year. You will end in Summer. From White and Gold to many shades of Green.

A Beaver House on one of hundreds of ponds here in Iowa. I suspect a Beaver here, because Muskrats do not build houses this big in Iowa, and there have been Muskrats here for a long time without building houses.
Up on an elevation, passing a small cattle ranch.
I take pictures like these to show distance and what I call 'The View From The Horizon Stone'. A picture like this can be very important to some viewers -- and -- you must remember that I have to consider many millions of people as potential viewers. Most of which have no clue.
Hence, I deliberately show pictures like this. Visibility is limited in these conditions.

I kept a lot of these pictures for another reason as well. They will make someone some very good desktop backgrounds; which has become an art form these days. In fact, I have included pictures that have only small sections in focus, because the overall picture will make a fine background.
This is a 'feelings' picture. It is very cold out there.
Think 'Mobility'.
This was taken in Webster City, showing their water tower and the sunset and the Boone river.
I was in Humboldt County at night and I saw a good shot of the Moon and some planets. I wanted the ground lights as well, so I had to overexpose the Moon to get them.
Hamilton County. You will notice the lack of snow. At this point in the winter the heat had increased considerably, causing flooding and bare ground. It was not to stay that way.

In eastern Wright County going east.
Now, northern Wright County going north.
A pond that is a tourist trap in the summertime, but when those bloats are gone it is very pleasant.
This is enhanced by me, to show what I saw was a potential view.
Up on the border of Wright and Hancock Counties. I never drive in a systematic way when taking pictures, because I have to go where the views are happening; which often means I have to move about randomly.
Pictures like this are obvious backgrounds. Besides, a lot of winter forest scenes look like this.
A branch of the Iowa River near Belmond.
Inside Eagle Grove, just by chance.
68 to 86 are taken at a lake in Wright County. They also show why it is so important to keep out the hideous ButtUgly Windmills.
As long as anything is in focus and the overall picture will make art, I include it.
In this case, nothing is in focus and it makes better art that way. This is entering the realm of photographic art.
Driving in the Beaver Creek Valley looking for signs of BUWI activity. Which is like looking for Bubonic Plague. In this picture you can see how awful the BUWIs really are. This looks like the War of the Worlds, with an army of alien machines attacking a Human settlement. So far, this is the extreme eastern end of the BUWI scourge in this valley, but those scum want to kill it all!
Going eastwards. This is how the valley is supposed to look. But Human Virtues and Human Values mean NOTHING to the twisted politics pigs on the Utility Boards.
Same day, same area. This shows how tracks of weather can change counties. One side can be dry and warm, the other can still be snow covered and cold.
On the border of Butler and Grundy Counties. A target of the BUWIs.
Later, in Spring. I got a Red Tail to fly over my head and do some acrobatics, up in Hancock County. 96 to 113 are all at the same place in Hancock County. They are all daytime pictures.
Once again I have to mention that these pictures are for a wide assortment of people, some of which have never seen such sights as this before.
****A Technical Point****
These picture were shot in 4K. If you want to use them as backgrounds for a computer that has a 2K screen (1920x1080) there is a way to make them look sharper -- on those screens.
1. Select the picture that you want. Open it is Windows Paint. Every Windows has a 'Paint' program.
2. See the picture in windows. This can be achieved in File Manager by choosing edit for that file, which opens it in Paint.
3. If it is not in .bmp (these are not) re-save it first as a .bmp file. Use the Pictures directory to save it into.
4. Go to 'Home', the home section. Along the top banner you will see 'resize'. Select resize and a new window will pop up. It will be labeled 'resize and skew'. Choose 'pixels' instead of 'percentage'.
5. Important -- the box that says 'maintain aspect ratio' must be checked.
6. Type in 1920 for horizontal and do not change the vertical number. It will change on its own.
7. Hit 'Okay'. The picture will be shrunk down to 1920x####, which will be sharper on a screen of 1920x1080 resolution.
8. Save the picture as a .bmp file with a new name, or put '1920' on the end. This will not destroy the original file.
You can do this with any picture that is larger than 1920x1080. In Windows you can find the resolution of a picture by going to the 'properties' of the file and selecting the 'details' tab. However, avoid re-saving as .jpg files. Each time you re-save a .jpg file resolution is lost, but the programs will not tell you that. Make any .jpg file a .bmp file first -- in Paint. (Save As -- BMP picture).
Likewise, if you want to modify these pictures (colors and contrast etc), put them into Paint first as .jpg and then save them as .bmp. Then you can modify the .bmp versions, but do not re-save them as .jpg because you probably do not have the programs to do that without losing resolution.

There should be no reason why Women are not heavily involved in Utility Vehicles -- especially Women shopping locally with children -- and Home School teachers with students -- and Women teaching girls how to use Utility Vehicles -- and Women off to picnics together -- and such things as Ladies Days on Utility Vehicles.
ALL -- with the Women owning the Utility Vehicles.
All of the aforementioned are already happening, but usually with their husbands golf carts rather than with their own Utility Vehicles.
