If you are not registered to vote yet, you may register at the polls on Election Day. New Hampshire doesn't have a length of residency requirement for voting. Nor does the state require a photo ID to vote. Judging from what I saw at the Iowa Caucus of 2012; it is obvious that if there was a Voter ID program in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina (et all) the confusion that I saw at the Caucus would have been greatly reduced. You see, if anyone was still misplaced or shuffled about in the lists; their Voter ID Card would be listed with their appropriate precinct and party affiliation. It would be a simple matter to look up that database, and send everybody to their rightful voting place. Really easy as a matter of fact. Databases like that are easy to update, sort, printout, and if they are kept reliable -- they are reliable. Voter ID Cards will help, not hinder, the organization.
