Any communications routine that demands many short messages (chatting) prevents and discourages thinking in any depth, and prevents intuitive reasoning, and stifles meaningful writing.

Answer: It depends on whether or not you want complete Truths presented on your platforms, or only trivial chatting. If you do want complete Truths ...

One page of written characters at 18 point font contains about 2,000 characters.
A short story is classically regarded as being 25 pages long.
Therefore, 25-30 pages would include 50,000-60,000 characters.
I would recommend a sixty thousand character limit to any and all messages on Gab and Gettr and TruthSocial and X.
And here is where we run into a hardware problem. Do our Human Social Medias possess enough Archive Centers full of computers and memory storage to accommodate this?

Like everything on YouTube, it has been infiltrated by Big Business worms, and not all 'Chill Videos' are worth keeping these days. However, if you search hard you can still find some genuine Chill Videos on YouTube.

This is a passable 8000k x 30fps x 720p chill version that is only 6 gigabytes. The original version is 18000k x 60fps x 1080p at 13 gigabytes, but I did not think you would download such a large file.
One thing about my JVC camcorder, that makes it good for this application, is that it shows exactly what is there with no coloration bias. What you see here (at standard settings) is what it really looks like. What is there, is exactly what you get with the JVC '4K Cam GY-HM 170U-A'.
Caveat: This is NOT a Point-and-Shoot camcorder. NOT. This is a film camera, as in motion picture, as in independent film making. This is a set-up and rehearse and then shoot camcorder. It will work very well in studios and for outdoor action shooting, but as a set-up camera. This is NOT a Sports Camcorder like the Sony JungleCam is. Be sure you get the version with the long microphone and handle, some versions do not have that. I have the 170U, but those do not usually come with a microphone and handle, but mine did. The 200U usually comes with the microphone and handle; and there are more cinematic versions available like the GY-LS300 4K Super 35 mm. JVC is also heavy on tutorial lessons online, so you are not left without a clue about what do to with your JVC camcorder.
No fooling -- if you had three of these you could make a decent independent film in 4K resolution that would be too good to show on YouTube.
My chill video here is as simple a chill video as you can find, and I think I will make more of these this year. I might share them. The method is simple, just put a JVC Camcorder onto a stationary spot where the scenery is slowly moving (chill), and set it up for the environment (it has many controls) and then record for an hour or two. Then take it home and add appropriate and mellow music. Suddenly, you have created a chill video.
Chill videos can be watched throughout, but they are usually for background ambiance. The intention is that you will fill a monitor with a chill video and play the music, and let it repeat all day.
This soothes the nerves and the brain -- really.
Almost anyone can make a chill video. The appropriate background music can be found at 'archive.org' in the form of 78rpm and 33rpm recordings. Use either Audacity of WavePad to remove pops and snaps from the old recordings.
'Audacity' has an add-on download called 'Declicker' which you can load into your Audacity program. It takes a day of experimenting with it, but you can get the 'Declicker' to eliminate almost all pops and clicks from old recordings, while maintaining high quality sound. The trick is to do it twice.
1. Manually remove the highest pops and clicks yourself. This reduces the perceived height of the entire waveform. Then amplify the entire waveform until it is at 80%.
2. Declick it with settings that are just strong enough to remove the loudest pops and clicks
3. This will reduce the overall volume, so then amplify it again to 80%.
4. Then declick it again.
5. Amplify it to 80% again, and now aurally and visually search the waveform for offending pops and clicks. Remove the offenders.
6. Whenever you remove a pop or click, always tighten the waveform with each operation leaving no gaps.
7. Sometimes it is better to reduce a click or pop rather than try to remove it. In such cases, isolate the pop and reduce it by 80%.
8. Review the entire waveform with headphones. Listen for too much bass or not enough treble or lost midrange etc etc. Then use the Equalization controls to revitalize the sound quality to your desires.
You will get the hang of it once you experiment, and remember that your finished product will be unique; so do not erase them and do not lose them. Duplicate your music archives on different floors of your house and the basement, so a tornado that takes away your house will miss your basement archives.
